We make our Italian Sausage fresh in house daily using a family recipe passed down for generations.  Our irresistible, melt in your mouth Italian Fennel Sausage and Tuscan Garlic Sausage are made with whole pork cuts and spices imported from Italy ensuring every bite is crisp and tasty.  Raised responsibly by our farming partners, we never use preservatives, nitrates, or antioxidants.  Red wine is also used to further develop the amazing layers of flavors sure to be noticed by discriminating palates.
