We grind and make our own Italian Sausage from our old family recipe using imported herbs and red wine—you have to try how good it is!
Yes! We grind burgers fresh. We are happy to provide a breadth of more than 15 burger sizes and options from sliders to 10 OZ patties in our classic Angus blend to specialty blends like our signature Tri-blend burger with ribeye, to grassfed, and our newest Short Rib burger. Ask our staff about patty sizing options.
Please see our product catalog for details on beef, chicken, veal, turkey, duck, pork, game meats, and so much more! If you don’t see something you are looking for, don’t hesitate to ask our staff; more often than not, we can get specialty products (special conditions and terms may apply).
No. We are happy to serve Restaurants, Hotels, Country Clubs, Caterers, and more; but we cannot sell to individuals without an Illinois certificate of resale.
We deliver 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. Certain areas are restricted to two/three days a week. Please see our delivery map or call the office for specific delivery details and special arrangements. Orders are always eligible Mon-Fri for pick up 7 am – 2:30 pm from our facility upon request. As always, our team is dedicated to working with you to make sure you get your orders at times that are convenient for you and your business. Don’t hesitate to inform our staff of delivery restrictions and special circumstance. Our services are completely customizable.
We made it very easy for you to order once you are set up with us as a customer. We partnered with a state-of-the-art platform, Choco, to make it as easy as possible for you to place orders, re-order, and communicate with us about your orders. Absolutely! Our plant is open from 6:30 am – 2:30 pm daily, so we can have your made to order requests available from 7:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Our plant is USDA certified and fully HACCP compliant. We get audited daily, so there’s never any question about our food safety.

We accept all forms of payment (credit card, check, cash) and have flexible terms. Once we receive your paperwork, our office will reach out to you to chat about which payments and schedules work best for your business.
